Yudonpay is a Madrid-based company that allows digitise your loyalty cards to keep them organised in a single place. They have developed a free app for both iOS and Android that brings all your loyalty clubs together in one place. In addition, you can connect to get all the real-time information about your points, expiry, benefits and promotions in a simple and personalised way.

The company is present in 6 countries (Peru, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina and the United Kingdom) as well as in Spain and its app has more than 300,000 users. It was founded in 2016 by Javier Adroher and Ernesto Cueva.

It currently has with more than 600 clubs to add to your account or connect to see points and information. Repsol, Renfe, Air Europa, Eroski, Cinesa, Vips, Game, Fnac, H&M, Iberia and Kiabi are part of this wide range of clubs.

1. ReUp

Lightspeed announced on 14 December 2018 the creation of Lightspeed Loyalty, its new customer engagement platform. The technology comes via the acquisition of ReUp, a digital platform that allows business owners to building a brand loyalty programme.

Following the transaction, Lightspeed has an integrated loyalty solution targeted at clothing boutiques, pet shops, quick service establishments and fine dining restaurants. Key features of Lightspeed Loyalty include the ability to set up an integrated customer rewards programmecreate automated campaigns with relevant offers based on customer habits and see the opinions.

2. Hatch Loyalty

Based in Chicago, Illinois, Hatch is a customer engagement and loyalty platform for major retailers and brands. These have access to the full configuration capability of the Hatch platform, while the small and medium-sized companies can access the standard Belly marketing solution.which is already an industry-leading solution.

The success of Belly has been so high that on November 14, 2018 Mobivity Holdings announced the acquisition of that product line. Under the terms of the agreement, Mobivity paid $3 million1 million of debt.

For its part, Mobivity helps restaurant and retail brands grow their business by increasing customer frequency, engagement and spend. The acquisition is expected to add more than $2 million in annual top-line revenue, add more than $200,000 in annual cash flows, and contribute to more than 2,000 deployed merchant locations.

3. LevelUp

LevelUp is an online and mobile food ordering company that connects diners with local restaurants. LevelUp is creating next-generation mobile experiences for more than 200 brands nationwide. Its platform offers a wide range of customised functionalitiesMobile rewards, payments, customer relationship management, campaign builder with personalised messaging, gifting and much more.

LevelUp's strategic partnerships with Chase, Facebook or Google give restaurants access to millions of customers in addition to those who use its app. Clients include KFC, Taco Bell, Pret a Manger, Potbelly and Bareburger.

On 25 July 2018 we learned of the sale of the company to Grubhub. 390 million in cash. Grubhub is an online and mobile food ordering and delivery marketplace company dedicated to connecting diners with local restaurants.

Grubhub founder and CEO Matt Maloney said: "This is a product acquisition and strategic positioning. Buying LevelUp allows the company to deepen their integration with restaurant POS systems and handle more deliveries.. 4. Boosterville

Boosterville (Zionsville, Indiana) is a card-linked loyalty platform. It connects local merchants with shoppers to raise funds for non-profit organisations.

Beyond announced the acquisition of Boosterville on 19 July 2018. The platform, under the new name Chip-In, will be used by non-profit organisations as a fundraising tool to facilitate an increase in digital donations.

For businesses, the Chip-In programme is an affordable way to drive new business, convert loyal customers and manage donation requests. With the new app, consumers can make deliberate decisions about which companies to support based on the affinities of their causes.
