En mayo de 2026, Partenea ha anunciado la adquisición de una participación mayoritaria en Misterplan, compañía tecnológica con sede en Cáceres especializada en soluciones de software para la gestión y comercialización de alojamientos, actividades y destinos turísticos. Baker Tilly, specialised technology M&A advisors, ha actuado como asesor de Misterplan y de sus accionistas durante toda la operación.

The transaction marks a new chapter for Misterplan, which will have the support of Partenea to strengthen its organizational structure, accelerate product development, and continue expanding its market presence, while maintaining the continuity of the founding team and its specialization in the tourism sector. The transaction also represents the first investment announced by Partenea, a family capital firm with a long-term vision and an active role in value creation.

Based in Cáceres, Misterplan is a technology company with more than fifteen years of experience specializing in the development of software for the management and marketing of accommodations and tourism activities. Its technology is used by more than 2,100 clients, and its platform integrates with over 50 external channels and services.

Its core solution integrates the essential tools for accommodation management into a single system: a Property Management System (PMS), a booking engine, and a channel manager. This integration enables users to manage reservations, availability, pricing, invoicing, check-in processes, and connections with the main distribution channels from a single platform.

The company also develops solutions tailored to tourist apartments, rural accommodations, activities, museums, wineries, theaters, and tourist destinations. Among the services integrated into its platform are distribution platforms, payment systems, electronic locks, home automation tools, and activity management solutions.

Partenea’s investment will enable Misterplan to accelerate its technology roadmap, develop new features, and strengthen its commercial capabilities. The founders will remain actively involved in the business, providing continuity, market expertise, and extensive experience in developing technology solutions for the tourism sector.

Partenea is an ecosystem of investors and managers led by José María Durán, created with the aim of acquiring small businesses and supporting their growth. The firm invests family capital and takes a long-term approach, relying on specialized management teams and, in many cases, the founders of its portfolio companies.
