NAZCA'S LATEST PURCHASES.

Nazca was founded in 2001, with the objective of becoming the leading manager of private equity funds to invest in small and medium-sized Spanish companies.

CINELUX

The transaction is valued at €45m, which will enable the pharma company to enhance its growth through the development and innovation of new diagnostic products and treatments, and to enter new segments, both domestically and internationally.

To this end, Diater plans to strengthen its production facilities and to source the main raw materials.
