Telefónica organises the first Open Future showcase at MWC Barcelona 2015
The mobile world congress in Barcelona has been chosen by Telefónica to host its first Open future Showcase, an event not to be missed by private investors, venture capital firms and strategic partners, where the best startups from Asia, America and Europe, chosen by Wayra, Amerigo and Telefonica Ventures, will be presented.

 

What is Open future?

A Telefónica-powered platform that brings together entrepreneurs and Start-ups aiming to to guide innovation towards the development of viable projects, through a model that gives visibility to talent and connects it with organisations, investors and companies that are looking for it. 

This platform is designed to work through the model challengeThe idea is based on the fact that a public or private institution can launch challenges in line with its priorities and needs so that they can help it propose solutions. It achieves two objectives: on the one hand, it is a tool for promoting talent and, on the other, it creates a global community of entrepreneurs.

 

Companies to be presented by Amérigo

Adjustan intelligent analytics platform for mobile apps. Adjust has a team of 50 people in San Francisco, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul and Shanghai.

CartoDBa Spanish company that presents a cloud-based service that allows you to visualise data on maps in order to better understand them and make decisions based on them.

Qustodio is a free app that allows parents to monitor their children's internet use.

Telefónica Ventures companies

Blueliv, fundada por Daniel Solis, desarrolla un software en la nube para proteger a empresas del fraude en tarjetas de crédito y robo de credenciales o información. Creada en Barcelona en 2012, Blueliv ingresó un millón de euros en 2013.
