WBT, an innovative and customer-focused manufacturer of high quality cable trays.
The acquisition has been made to offer customers an integrated solution for cable management and routing for DNS, commercial and industrial applications. The integrated solution can be offered because WBT Business has a unique product line of labour-saving cable trays and is a good complement to nVent's J-hooks and sales fasteners.
29 July 2019: nVent acquires Eldon Holding 130 million
Eldon Holding is a manufacturer of metal enclosures (electrical cabinets) for industrial, electronic, data and telecommunications equipment.
Eldon has a strong presence in Europe. With this acquisition, the two companies have an excellent market position to support multinational customers with a globally active manufacturing business and a competitive, high quality range of IEC-compliant enclosures.
