Requirements for beneficiaries:
Individuals and SMEs whose assets and rights, including claims against third parties, exceed the sum of their debts plus 50 percent.
Deadline for implementation: projects or business models must start after 01/12/14 and be completed within a maximum of 3 years.

Accesibilidad (desarrollo mejoras técnicas y tecnológicas, etc….).
Fundable concepts:

Characteristics of the aid:

The interest rate will be 0,967 % and will have a amortisation 5 years, including a 2-year grace period.
The provision of guarantees is a condition for the payment of the grant. The guarantee will be 36% of the proposed loan amount.

The application period has just opened on 02/12/2014 and will be open until 02/02/2015.
