Beneficiaries
The beneficiary must be a small enterprise in existence for less than 4 years at the time the aid is granted and with research and development costs of 10 % or more.

Type of aid
Non-repayable grant partially covering all investments during the first two years of the business plan from the time of application. At least 50% for R&D and maximum subcontracting of 50% of the budget.
The minimum budget is €175K with a maximum contribution of €250K, to 70%.
Eligible costs:
Investments in fixed assets, personnel costs, materials, external collaborations, costs of going public on the Alternative Stock Market and other costs. Under no circumstances will expenses and investments prior to the application be financed.
