Sistel buys Sage_X3 division from Trece
The IT consultancy firm Sistel from Alicante has acquired the Sage_X3 consulting division of the Valencian company Trece Consultoría y Servicios, in a new step in its growth trajectory. Thus, the consulting team dedicated to Sage software will be integrated into the Business Management area of Sistel, led by Francisco Bernal.
The purchase agreement includes the incorporation into Sistel of the current Trece Consultoría y Servicios work centre in Valencia, located in the area of the City of Arts and Sciences, which will become the new headquarters of the ICT consultancy firm in the Valencian capital.
The new acquisition allows Sistel to offer its services with a higher level of attention and support to its customers in the Valencian Community, as it now has offices in Alicante, Villarreal and Valencia.
