Foreign companies interested in Spanish ERP
In the last half of the year we have witnessed the acquisition of several Spanish companies in the ERP sector by international companies, which shows us that the Erp market is already a mature sector and its main players are making acquisitions to open up to new markets and offer new, more specialised services in order to compete. Spain represents a great opportunity for these main players.

What opportunities do international actors see in the Spanish ERP?

As we can see in the examples of software companies discussed below, the objective of the mergers and acquisitions The main objective of the projects carried out in the last six months has been to enter the Latin American market.

-The ERP market in Spain is already a mature sector where acquisitions are taking place.
