Konectathe multinational technology company providing integrated BPO and Customer Relationship solutions, has acquired the Rockethall group of companies, one of the leading companies in the provision of digital marketing services in Spain, in addition to Artificial Intelligence and Big Data solutions. 

Konecta is an organisation focused on excellence in customer experience management and innovation, providing comprehensive outsourcing services through a sustainable model that contributes to creating value for shareholders, customers and employees, while maintaining a broad commitment to the environment and society.

Rockethall 

Rockethall helps technology disruptors with exceptional teams and ideas that imagine great companies oriented to the digital transformation of businesses and services, implement best management practices thanks to the experience acquired in the operational development of companies and boost the growth of the companies in which they invest by improving their competitive position and helping them in their internationalisation process. 

Thanks to this purchase, Konecta achieves two of the three objectives set in the short term after the entry of ICG in the shareholding in 2019, reaching a turnover of 1,000 million euros and investing in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data. They are currently working on their third objective, to position themselves in the US market. 

With the integration of Rockethall, the company will reach a turnover of 1,000 million euros, as it expects a turnover of more than 100 million euros in 2020, and has a workforce of more than 6,300 employees, which will be added to the more than 65,000 employees of the Konecta Group.

All this is in addition to the launch of the Konecta Cloud solution, the multinational's cloud service that combines operations, technology and security.
