Who can be a beneficiary?
Consortia of public-private companies that have a project with innovative technology and want to bring it to the market with the aim of reducing energy costs, increasing energy security or reducing the greenhouse effect.
The project must have passed the proof of concept and must bring together 3-7 European partners from the research and industry sectors. At least one of them must be the company marketing the product.
The consortium must consist of partners from at least two different countries.

KIC InnoEnergy Awards 2014
KIC InnoEnergy held last Tuesday 16 December at the World Trade Center in Barcelona the awards ceremony of the first edition of the KIC InnoEnergy Iberia Award, giving the unique prize to the star-up Ecomesh, I win 10,000 euros in cash, plus 3 months office space at the KIC InnoEnergy incubator at ESADE CREAPOLIS and 6 sessions of mentoring with ESADE network collaborators.
Ecomesh, develops second generation hybrid solar panels (photovoltaic and thermal), which produce electrical and thermal energy simultaneously with a much smaller area than that required compared to other photovoltaic, thermal and hybrid panels, thanks to its innovative transparent insulating roof design (CTA), which increases efficiency.
Among the finalists were companies such as Volta Smart Energy, Metric6, Vortex Bladeless, ARI Solar, Biomival .
