Connected Industry 4.0: Minetur call for proposals to be launched soon
Minetur has published the forthcoming opening of the call for proposals Industria conectada 4.0, which aims to support the incorporation in industrial companies of knowledge, technologies and innovations aimed at the digitisation of processes and the creation of technologically advanced products and services with greater added value. The date of the call, although not yet published, is expected to be at the end of June.

Characteristics of the aid:

Beneficiaries

SMEs and Startups carrying out productive industrial activity, carrying out industrial research projects, experimental development projects, SME organisational innovation projects or SME process innovation projects.

Type of aid

Loan of a maximum of 80% of the eligible cost of the project.

 The maximum repayment period will be 10 years, including a three-year grace period.

The interest rate will be fixed when the call for applications is published, being in any case equal to or higher than the one-year Euribor interest rate published by the Bank of Spain for the month prior to the approval of the call for applications or, where applicable, the month prior to its award.

Themes

Implementation of innovative business solutions using technologies linked to open/linked/big data and data analytics, Future Internet, Collaborative platforms.

Implementation of innovative communications and data processing solutions: connectivity, mobility and cloud computing.

Implementation of innovative solutions in manufacturing processes using technologies such as augmented reality; collaborative robotics; additive manufacturing; sensors and embedded systems; process control.

Development and implementation of ICT applications and solutions in the industrial business value chain: Cybersecurity and digital trust and Social networks as vehicles for potential business development.

Eligible costs

Personnel costs.

Costs for instruments and inventoriable material, to the extent and for the period used for the project.

Costs of contractual research, know-how and patents acquired or licensed from external sources on an arm's length basis.

Overheads directly arising from the project.

 Other additional operating expenses, including costs of materials, supplies and similar products arising directly from the project activity.
