Rubricall, software development company specialising in digital trust services
Rubricall S.L., based in Tres Cantos (Madrid), is a company dedicated to the development of software for the identification of persons and the formalisation of remote contracts and was founded in 2014 by its CEO, Alejandro Pinedo Hoyvick.
With a team of multidisciplinary professionals with extensive knowledge in computer security, ICT or IT environments, they offer a diverse range of services: remote user identification through biometric and AI technologies (KYC), "Full Onboarding" identity document validation, remote electronic contracting, money laundering prevention services, OTP authentication services or voice signature services, among others.
Amper Group acquires 75.5% of Rubricall
On 16 October 2018, as part of the development and fulfilment of its 2018-2020 Strategic Plan, the Amper Group announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding for the acquisition of 75.5% of the shares of Rubricall, for a maximum outlay of €1M. Following this acquisition, Rubricall will be renamed Amper Rubricall.
The acquisition is aimed at the development of several projects and systems and with the objective of making Amper a technological benchmark once again. It will enable the Group to have its own software in the IT security segment and the development of systems aimed at multinationals and large public and private companies that require services in the field of security and communication, using Blockchain, among others, as a medium. These services have been demanded by the Amper Group's own customers and this acquisition meets that need.
Amper Rubricall will contribute a minimum Ebitda of 1.3 M to the Amper Group in 2019 through the development of proprietary technology and software, using Blockchain systems, resulting in significant Group synergies that will improve the economic performance of the subsidiary in the following years.
