Dexis Iberica, headquartered at the Zaragoza Logistics Park, has just acquired the Valencian firm Intra Automation y Equipamientos Laborales PROA SL, marking another step forward in the industrial maintenance sector. This move strengthens the company’s position in the market and adds value to its current offering, enabling it to enter the automation and robotics sectors in earnest with a clear focus on Industry 4.0.
Closing 2018 with a turnover of 102M€ and a workforce of 425 people throughout Spain, we are talking about the leader in the global offer of services and solutions, both in industrial maintenance and occupational health and safety. By 2021, Dexis aims to centralise all the logistics part of the business in Zaragoza and lead industrial distribution in the Iberian Peninsula.
The company arrived in the Aragonese capital in 1998, but did not boost its expansion until years later, in 2014. It belongs to Descours & Cabauda family-owned group based in Lyon and leader in industrial distribution in Europe.
