Bertin sells its business to CT
On 20 December 2018, CT Ingenieros confirmed the buy of the 100% of the multi-physics modelling and scientific computing business of Bertin. Neither party made public the amounts involved in the transaction.
With this acquisition CT strengthens its presence in France (Toulouse, Marseille, Nantes and Saint-Nazaire), Europe and international marketsThe company is consolidating its position as a provider of high-tech engineering services.
It also incorporates a team of engineers with extensive experience in state-of-the-art consulting and engineering services in the aeronautics, space, defence and nuclear energy sectors.
