Atrys Health enters Portugal with the acquisition of Lenitudes
Atrys Health enters Portugal thanks to the buying a company of 91,7% of Lenitudes which will be carried out through the delivery of €17m worth of Atrys shares. Lenitudes is Atrys' first acquisition in Europe and will give it a critical mass in the field of radiation oncology as it will have seven linear accelerators facilitating the centralised planning of high-precision radiotherapy treatments and will strengthen the R&D area in the field of oncology.
The integration of Lenitudes will allow Atrys to introduce in Portugal its services in the field of online diagnostics, high-precision radiotherapy treatments, pathology and genetics diagnostics and AI services.
