Accenture acquires New Energy Group
Accenture has bought New Energy Group (New Energy Aborda in Spain), a company based in Italy and Spain, specialising in Salesforce solutions. This transaction makes Accenture a leading provider of Salesforce capabilities in Spain and Italy and strengthens the company's global presence, technology capabilities and industry expertise by doubling its business and resource capabilities.

Accenture's previous purchases in the cloud sector
Accenture had already made a commitment to Cloud solutions in the past and had already implemented several acquisitions to reinforce Accenture's Cloud First programme.
In October 2015, Accenture acquired Cloud Sherpas in the United States, a leading cloud consulting and technology services company that specialises in Google, Salesforce and ServiceNow.
