About Futureplus
FuturePlus, founded in 2010 by an outstanding team of senior executives from large companies in the Telecommunications and Industrial sector who share a clear vocation to support entrepreneurship in Spain that form the basis of its management team.
Futureplus, with its management team, has co-managed investment commitments of more than €65m, through investments in companies and under the investment vehicle ÁMBAR VENTURE CAPITAL, FCR, a venture capital fund in the ICT sector.
Since 2015, Futureplus and its management team as co-shareholder and co-manager together with the Management Company, EXTREMADURA AVANTE INVERSIONES, S.G.E.I.C. S.A. and with the participation of funds from Extremadura Avante I, FCR, has been channelling investment initiatives through INVERSIONES AVANTICEX, S.L. with the aim of supporting innovative and/or technological SMEs in Extremadura in order to boost their business opportunities and become more competitive, promoting industrial and business development in Extremadura.
With the management team and the solid track-record accumulated, FuturePlus has created a Sociedad Gestora de Capital Riesgo (SGEIC), an entity authorised under number 137 and supervised by the CNMV, with the aim of being able to directly manage a larger volume of investments.

Ernel Plus, located in Madrid, offers business management solutions based on "interim management", which consists of hiring, for a specific period of time, executives with solid experience with the aim of leading a business project, guaranteeing the stability and continuity of the company, and promoting its growth.
Within this Interim Management service, Ernel Plus develops solutions related to the management positions of operations and process management, purchasing management, logistics and supply chain, commercial, financial and general management.
About the Fund: FUTUREPLUS CAPITAL EXPANSIÓN, I PEF of €50M
The fund, Futureplus Capital Expansion, I FCR, aims to make investments between EUR 2 million and EUR 10 million, where the investment criteria are based on achieving impact in disruptive technologies and positive returns for investors.
It will invest in companies based mainly in Spain and Europal that are at a more advanced stage of the business (Other Early Stage, Late Stage and Growth capital stage) concentrated in sectors and sub-sectors related to the development of Information Technology and its applications, Disruptive Innovation and Telecommunications.
According to Partner Francisco Ramos, Futureplus acts as an investor, with a clear vocation to support entrepreneurship, promotes technologically innovative projects, actively collaborating through the presence on boards of directors and providing extensive experience in investment, consulting, business development, management and internationalisation of technology companies.
