There are talented managers out there, but without the right tools, there is a good chance that you will not be able to find the perfect candidate for a particular job.
New methods financed by 198 investors
That's why companies are finding so many different methods of connecting talented people with the perfect jobs (and retaining them), and venture capitalists have taken note. Over the past decade, 198 venture capitalists have funded US-based human capital services companies, according to the PitchBook Platform. Of the investors, 40 have between US $$ 50 million and US $$ 500 million in assets under management, and another 51 have between US $$ 1 billion and US $$ 10 billion. In addition, more than half of all investors have completed at least one deal in the industry in the last two years.
There is also movement in Spain
"Just this week, a round of financing was announced in Spain that has raised Jobandtalent 2.5MM€. It is dedicated to the processing of recruitment-oriented big data, using algorithms and functions as a virtual recruitment consultant or personal assistant, which identifies and recognises linguistic patterns within the structure and wording of both job offers and CVs," says Diego Gutierrez, an expert in alternative financing, at ABRA INVEST.
"Also last month we saw the investment in Traity by Latam Digital and other relevant investors such as 500startups or Bertelsmann. This startup offers a technology for measuring personality characteristics to create statistically significant profiles of users, and contribute to the creation of more efficient markets on the Internet, where curricular information can be complemented with other types of personal characteristics. These initiatives join others also born in Spain a few years ago, such as Catenon and SNtalent "says Diego Gutierrez.
