A good third quarter
According to data from 451 Research, technology research and consultancy company, the M&A transactions and mergers and acquisitions in the tics sector reached a value of $100,000 M in the last quarter of 2014. This figure is 25% more than the total recorded in the third quarter of 2013, and double the same period in 2012.
