The Shenzhen-listed Chinese company, backed by investors such as Intel Capital and Qualcomm Ventures, has bought Helsinki-based Rightware to strengthen its position in the automotive software market and enter new geographic markets.

Infovista buys Tems from Ascom, after being acquired by Apax Partners
InfoVista is a provider of network performance management software solutions for mobile communications service providers, operators and IT companies. In May 2016 Apax Partner acquired the company, which has provided it with the necessary liquidity to be able to make acquisitions. It has already started making acquisitions and plans to make more in the near future.
Dassault Systems, virtualisation software company, acquires Cst and Ortems in 2016
Dassault Systems provides companies and individuals with the virtual universes needed to design sustainable innovations. The French company, which in 2015 ranked second only to SAP in the European software market, has made 16 acquisitions since 2010. In July, it announced the acquisition of two companies: Cst and Ortems.
