Growth process via acquisitions
According to Diego Gutierrez of Abra Invest, el mercado español presenta una oportunidad para que empresas de servicios TIC de tamaño puedan crecer rápidamente vía acquisitions. El objetivo de las integraciones puede ser ampliar el ámbito geográfico de actuación o complementar el portfolio de productos con la incorporación de tecnología diferencial o un know-how especializado.

Seidor's participation in Dispal
Seidor has acquired the 51% from Dispal, Pablo Velasco, head of Seidor Asturias has acquired another 9% and the remaining 40% is still in the hands of Noriega.
Dispal is a technology company based in Asturias specialising in solutions for SMEs. The technical office is its main specialisation.
With this operation, Seidor seeks to strengthen its presence in the northern region and its technological solutions in areas such as education, cloud computing and the technical office.
Seidor buys Softgasa
Seidor has acquired the entire Softgasaa Galician company with more than 30 years of experience in the ICT sector, specialising in the SAP Business One business management solution and other services and solutions aimed at SMEs.
This acquisition doubles Seidor's workforce in Galicia, and expands its product portfolio, which includes the Softmobile management application, the Softextil point-of-sale application and the Softlogist logistics application, among others. Seidor will market these products in Latin America, Europe and the United States.
