The deadline to apply for grants is now open EMPLEA 2015. These are grants for the hiring of technologists for their exclusive participation in R&D projects. The grants also include compulsory training to be carried out by the technologists. This year, as a novelty, only the following will be able to participate technologists are university graduates (Middle or Upper).
Deadline for submission is 24 March 2015 at 15:00.
The main requirements to be met by beneficiaries:
The date of recruitment must be from 25 February 2015 and before the start of the implementation period of the aid, which will be established in the resolution.
The contract must be full-time.
The minimum duration of the contract shall be in line with the implementation period of the support granted. The period of implementation of the aid shall be at least 12 months from the start date of the aid.
The maximum duration of the contract is unrestricted and may be indefinite.
The same entity may not apply for more than 4 recruitment grants.
The worker must not have been employed by the applicant entity or by any entity of the same group in the 12 months prior to 24 February.
The worker must not have been a beneficiary of any previous Emplea or Inncorpora support.
Applications may be submitted for the hiring of trainees who carry out their internship in the contracting entity, as long as this has not given rise to an employment contract signed by both parties.
Type of aid:
The programme has two types of support:
Recruitment aid (for the company the aid always takes the form of a loan):
Aid in the form of loans.
They shall have a duration of 1, 2 or 3 years and shall be paid in annual instalments.
Eligible items: gross remuneration + employer's social security contributions (maximum €45,000) + indirect costs (maximum 20% of gross remuneration + employer's social security contributions).
Interest: One-year Euribor, as published by the Bank of Spain in the month prior to the publication of this call for applications.
Amortisation: 5 years, including 2 years grace period.
Training grants: will be awarded in the form of a grant, for a maximum amount of €3,200, which will cover the full academic costs of the postgraduate programme. These grants are paid by the Ministry to the selected training centre. Failure to complete the training may result in the repayment of the grant.
