In addition, with this acquisition Logicalis replicates in Spain the Business Analytics consulting and business competencies it already has in the UK.

Logicalis UK acquires UK company Trovus.

The acquisition of Lantares has several synergies with the company's other recent transaction, the acquisition of Trovus. A leading provider of analytics solutions for business executives.

Logicalis does not rule out further operations
