Spanish startup Digital Outvise closes a €1.2M funding round to improve its platform technology. The Barcelona-based firm provides technology consulting services, mainly for companies in the telecommunications and media sectors.
Digital Outvise raises 1.2 million euros
Digital Outvise, specialising in professional services mainly for companies in the telecommunications and media sector.has been able to capture 1,2M€ recently, a capital increase that will be used to improve the technology of the Catalan start-up's platform, through which companies are put in contact with the professionals who offer their services.
Its aim is to create a community of experts to which companies can turn and, in this way, disintermediating consultancy.

Digital Outvise currently has 22,000 registered users and its clients include multinational telecoms companies such as MTN and large media groups such as Liberty Media, as well as consultancy firms which need specific subject matter experts on an ad hoc basis who would not be cost-effective to keep on staff.
Each time a company hires the services of a professional through Outvise, Outvise charges a fee for the services provided. 15% commission.
With such an internationalised business that revenues in Spain accounts for only 15% of the total and Germany is its main market.For the time being, the firm has no plans to open offices abroad. It intends to continue to grow through sales representatives in strategic countries.
This money is not the first financial injection for the firm, which has already closed a 375,000 first round aportados por ‘business angels’ by the end of 2016.
