Enghouse, with the acquisition of Presence, is another in a wave of acquisitions in the software technology sector with the aim of growing in the Spanish-speaking market.
Enghouse buys Presence
Enghouse, a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, has acquired Spanish contact centre software solutions provider Presence for €15.8M.
The purchase takes Enghouse a step further in its efforts to become a global leader by expanding its presence in Spain, South Africa, Mexico, Colombia and Brazil.
Presence, for its part, says the deal will help them to offer a better service to our customers and partners, as well as to have a greater penetration in our markets.
