Securex acquires GM Integra HR
Securex, a Belgian multinational specialised in human resources consultancy, has acquired the Spanish company GM Integra HR for an undisclosed sum.
After the operation, GM Integra HR becomes the Spanish subsidiary of this important European group, reinforcing its international vocation and providing support through its offices in Madrid, Manresa and Sant Cugat del Vallés (Barcelona), to companies operating internationally.
In the words of the director of GM Integra HR, Maica Enrique, "GM Integra HR has been providing services in the field of payroll administration and HR consultancy in Spain for more than 30 years to companies of different sizes and sectors. We are happy to be part of Securex, an opportunity to accompany our clients in international projects, supporting them with the leading European HR group".

The Key Talent closes €1M round
About The Key Talent
Founded in 2015, The Key Talent defines itself as a technology company specialising in digital transformation, which focuses on providing human resources with tools to make attraction, recruitment, assessment and training processes more attractive, digital and efficient.
In its first year, the company closed with a turnover of €842,000 and, at the end of 2017, it has almost tripled those figures to over €2M.
The startup has managed to develop its internationalisation process thanks to its work with multinational companies such as Burger King.
With offices in Madrid and Barcelona, The Key Talent opened another in the Dominican Republic at the end of 2017, in addition to those opened that same year in Chile, Costa Rica and Portugal. "Promoting them is, at the moment, our top priority," says José Luis Gugel, founding partner of the company.
The Key Talent receives €1M
The Key Talent, a digital human resources consultancy specialising in transformation with disruptive tools and methodologies, has closed a €1M funding round led by the investment firm Mumeán, led by Javier Castillo.
The capital injection comes at a time when the company is "in the midst of a process of expansion and consolidation in the international market". "This important capital injection will allow us to accelerate our growth process in the Latin American market, where we want to expand the company, in view of the incipient impact of digitalisation in these countries and their enormous potential," says Gugel.
