Infortisa, the leading company in the IT sector in the Valencian Community and one of the Top 5 in Spain, has acquired the company X-ONE, specialising in mobile accessories.
Infortisa buys X-One
The Valencian wholesaler will be selling around 1,300 X-One products. Chargers, data cables, tempered glass, external batteries, bluetooth headphones, running armbands, as well as stands, covers and protective cases for a large number of smartphone and tablet models are part of the brand's portfolio, which also has a good number of active customers.
Infortisa, a growing company
Since 1986 Infortisa has focused its activity on the wholesale distribution of technology products throughout Spain with a firm commitment to the channel.
Over the last few years, it has made an effort to become a leader in its sector: it has created Gobal Pro, a division that offers solutions in the business environment, increased its warehouses to reach customers earlier, expanded its range of offerings and made a special investment in web-based sales.
Infortisa increased its sales by 16% from 2014 to 2015 and this year it expects to repeat this trend and reach a turnover of €82M.
"Infortisa Infortisa's 2014 figures were 19.6% higher than in 2013 and customers grew by 33%. This growth has been possible thanks to the investments made by the company, the purchase of Iggual and storage premises and now X-one, and this has meant that its debt ratio has also grown considerably," says Diego Gutiérrez, corporate finance expert in Abra-invest.
X-One
X-One is a Valencian wholesaler of mobile accessories with a commercial network of more than 8,000 active customers, 1,300 references and the incorporation of nearly 1,200 distributors.
Why buy X-one?
This purchase is part of Infortisa's strategy to grow in the product categories with the highest turnover and profitability. Infortisa already offered products in the mobile telephony category through its Iggual portfolio, which it bought in 2010 and is focused on peripherals and computers.
Infortisa plans to become a national leader, reach 5,000 orders per week and expand the number of brands.
For X-one, it is an opportunity for its distributors to see significant improvements in marketing and management.
Infortisa wants to invest in Technology Startups
This week Infortisa has participated in Smart Money, a conference for investors held in Valencia, with the aim of looking for technology start-ups to invest part of their profits.
