Beneficiaries
The beneficiaries of this aid will have to be SMEs with a technological and/or innovative base, within the extractive, transforming, productive, technical services or ICT industrial activities, or parent companies (100% participants) of industrial groups located in the ACBC, which do not exceed the conditions defining the size of SMEs.
The investment projects which are the object of aid must be located within the territory of the ACBC, have a minimum investment of €120,000 and generate a minimum of 3 jobs, over a maximum period of 36 months, the maximum period in which the investment must be made. Entities which make up the Institutional Administration of the ACBC and Technological Research entities belonging to the Basque Science, Technology and Innovation Network are excluded as Beneficiaries.
Type of aid
The aid to be granted in the form of repayable advances may amount to up to 35% of the investment eligible for support, with a maximum of 120,000 euros per job created and a limit that in no case may exceed the sum of 1,500,000 euros. For the purposes of calculating the minimum investment, it will be calculated in proportion to the participation of the Basque company in the project.
Eligible expenditure
Eligible expenditure shall be Investment in the acquisition of fixed assets to be incorporated into the assets of the enterprise and Investment in "Land and natural assets" and "Buildings" and employment.
