MHealth (Mobile Health) includes all those companies dedicated to the development of mobile technology to manage people's health and wellbeing. This technology can be used by both healthcare employees and patients to collect, store and analyse information related to their health. 

In our industry analysis, 443 companies classified globally under the label "MHealth" have been analysed from 2010 to October 2019.

Since 2010, 400 companies have been created in the MHealth sector. That is, 400 of the 443 analysed. The vast majority of the companies dedicated to MHealth have been created in the last 9 years, which leads us to conclude that this is an innovative, emerging sector with a very short history.

In the latter year, in 2019, 8 operations were carried out. acquisitions. As can be seen, the number of M&As has decreased in recent years. However, this is still a considerable number of transactions for such an immature market.
