Whisbi, founded in 2008 by Alexandre Bisbe and Jose Luis Cantero, has its headquarters and R&D centre in Barcelona; it has a sales office in Madrid and subsidiaries in Brazil and the United States, where it expects to grow significantly in the coming months. The company works for large companies in the automotive, financial and telecommunications sectors, among others.
Whisbi, has developed a platform that connects telesales, digital marketing and physical shops. Its patented Saas technology is able to synchronise a consumer's phone call with an interactive online experience. With Whisbi, everything happens at the same time: phone call, browsing, video, chat and tracking of all customer interactions. All synchronised and all in real time.
Apart from the ICF support, Whisbi has previously made 3 rounds of investment worth €6M. Investors include Active Partners and BDMI.
Whisbi's turnover in 2015 was almost €8M, similar to the amount achieved in the previous year, but its profitability grew from 4% to 13%.
