In October The Spanish industrial technology group Carbures formalised a €30m capitalisable loan facility with the fund Black Toro Capital (BTC).
This December, Carbures has closed a new financial transaction with Black Toro Capital for an amount of €35M which is instrumented through warrants covered in a capital increase for that amount.
