With these new financial resources, the company is embarking on a new stage of growth in the international market.
Validated ID is undergoing an accelerated stage of development, having established itself in recent years as a key player in the digital signature and identity ecosystem through its constant growth, thanks to technology and services in line with the current market.
Its specialities are electronic signatures, electronic invoicing and digital identity, and it has three main lines of business. On the one hand, with VIDsigner provides an electronic signature service designed for both face-to-face and remote use, requiring the highest levels of security, legal compliance and usability. And, last but not least, with VIDchain offers a new sovereign digital identity service based on blockchain technology and market standards, making it a universal model, capable of solving identity validation problems such as security, privacy or high cost failures, among others.
In order to continue its good development, Validated ID has just closed a new financing round from 2M€ led by Caixa Capital RiscCriteriaCaixa's venture capital management company and Randstad Innovation Fund, the Corporate Venture Capital of Randstada leading global human resources company. In addition, it has also counted on the participation of founders and previous partners, as well as the startup investment vehicle driven by the Spanish-Portuguese law firm Cuatrecasasa leading business law firm with a strong presence in Spain, Portugal and Latin America.
With this capital increase, the Catalan company's objectives are to intensify the internationalisation of its VIDsigner signature service, and to accelerate the technological development of the product and the market consolidation of VIDchain.
