Billin, the Madrid-based company that offers an invoicing management platform dubbed "the dropbox of invoices", has closed a €1.5M investment round backed by Kibo Ventures, K Fund, and business angel Carlos González Cadenas.
About Billin
Billin allows SMEs and freelancers to efficiently manage the entire invoicing cycle, including the creation, sending, tracking and collection of invoices. It also offers the possibility of receiving and storing customer and supplier invoices in a single place and sharing all this information with the manager.
This platform is hosted in the cloud, with a free basic package that has captivated more than 10,000 SMEs and freelancers and has already processed €100M in invoices for its users. All these features, coupled with the tool's simple interface, have led to Billin being dubbed "the Dropbox of invoices".
Its founders, Marcos de la Cueva and Diego Goya, detected in 2015 the need to facilitate the management of invoices for companies and professionals, allowing them to know whether customers had received them correctly and were paid on time.
