The purchase of the company is aimed at providing customers with a unified network and software platform for rapid and large-scale launch of applications and communications experiences, extended SIP and E911 (emergency services) integrations for BYOC with Zoom Phone, Microsoft Teams, Genesys, software-enabled migrations for faster and easier deployments, and customised call routing control and enable real-time number transfer and instant reversion if needed.
