It has been Baker Tilly who has advised Imaweb's shareholders in the negotiations with Providence, with Diego Gutiérrez Zarza leading the team thanks to his status as the company's Corporate Finance partner. Diego recently joined Baker Tilly Corporate Finance as an expert in M&A in the technology industry, and is working alongside Xavier Mercadé and Alex Wendt to develop the firm as the leading mid-market advisor in Europe.
