From a corporate finance point of view, we analyse investments made in the usability (UX) sector. In this case, we analyse the acquisition of KingEclient by Mirum, the amount of the operation is unknown.

KingEclient

KingEclient provides services including digital transformation strategy, UX, digital marketing, design, development and analytics. Founded in Barcelona in 2000, KingEclient employs around 100 digital and technology specialists, with annual revenues in excess of €10 million.

The company has financial services highlights with industry clients including Deutsche Bank, PSN Group and Al Rhaji Bank. Other clients include Novartis and Naturgy. The combination with Mirum's existing financial services capabilities and services creates an attractive service offering for new and potential industry clients.

KingEclient offers research and optimisation services, digital strategy, digital products, design, service design and online marketing and communication.

 

Mirum

On 5 July 2018, the signing took place whereby the company Mirum acquired KingEclient for an undisclosed sum. This transaction will allow it to accelerate its growth with the services of a global network and its KingEclient DNA.

Mirum is a borderless agency of over 2400 digital savants, storytellers, technologists, creators and relentlessly curious minds. It blurs the lines between strategy, creativity and technology to uncover business and human motivations and create solutions. Ultimately, his approach puts customers and people at the centre of everything he does because he believes that digital not only has the power to affect brands, but also to create incredible human experiences.
