MICROWAVE has just been born with the illusion of being a reference in investment in the Basque Country for projects in their initial stages in the ICT sector and in this way to achieve the achievement of 5-7 new initiatives in a first phase.
The fund is made up of professionals with multidisciplinary expertise in the field of investment and development of technology companies and their financing. Of particular note is the involvement of Carlos Polo Gil (founder of www.doocuments.com) and Xabier Alvarez (Lawyer at Alvarez & Linazasoro). At present, we are more than 20 partners with different profiles: private banking professionals, internet entrepreneurs, family office, and even managers of companies such as Google and Samsung.
We hope that in the coming months the first investments can begin to be communicated and in this way help to build a large group of start-ups with international projection from the Basque Country.
