The team of ABRA INVEST we gave a training session to several entrepreneurs invited by DEBEGESA, a development society of the lower Deba, one of the industrial regions of reference in the country. The session focused on the processes of searching for funding alternative to develop SME growth plans.
The session followed the following script:
- Why should I let a partner into my company?
- What does my company need to have in order for an investor to enter?
- How do I sell my company's growth?
Among other topics, we discuss how the growth plan should be able to attract investors. We discuss different types of projects that can be financed: innovation, M&A transactionsWe gave several examples of success stories: Guascor, comuinitae, artega, mcandina etc.
We also explain how to approach different types of investors, both industrial and financial. Finally, we show you what are the key aspects of negotiating with investors. investors which should be reflected in the shareholders' agreement.
