In September 2026, Havant, a European digital innovation company backed by Argos Fund, has announced the acquisition of Olsa Informática, an Italian firm specialising in document management, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), digital preservation and electronic invoicing. Baker Tilly Tech M&A has acted as exclusive financial adviser to Argos Fund and Havant on the transaction.
This is the group’s sixth acquisition since Argos became its majority shareholder and marks a further step in its strategy for European consolidation in digitalisation and intelligent business process management.

The acquisition of Olsa Informática expands Havant’s capabilities in five areas:
- Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
- Enterprise Content Management
- Process automation
- Data Governance
- Digital Trust
The partnership will combine Olsa’s expertise in document lifecycle management with Havant’s technologies in artificial intelligence, data governance and intelligent automation.
The deal is also based on a pre-existing relationship. Olsa Informática had been working with Havant for several years as both a technology partner and a client, and had incorporated the group’s proprietary Intelligent Document Processing technologies into its service offering. This relationship has enabled the two organisations to identify areas where their technological, commercial and operational capabilities complement one another.
Target: Olsa Informática
Olsa Informática was founded in 1976 and has nearly 50 years’ experience in information technology and integrated document management. It is based in the province of Rome and acts as a technological and operational partner to private companies and public authorities, helping them to digitise processes, optimise operations and manage the entire information lifecycle.
The company specialises in document management, business process outsourcing, digital preservation and electronic invoicing. It also offers platforms and services for the digitisation and automation of business processes. Every year, it processes hundreds of millions of documents and millions of electronic invoices.
With its acquisition by Havant, Olsa Informática will be able to combine its experience, client portfolio and specialist knowledge with the group’s capabilities in artificial intelligence, data governance, digital trust and intelligent document processing. The deal will also enable the company to expand its offering to businesses and public authorities and to develop new solutions for intelligent information management.
Investor: Havant and Argos Fund
