In September 2026, Aiuken Cybersecurity, a company belonging to the European cybersecurity group Allurity, acquired 4Elitech (Global Technology 4 Elite, S.L.), a Spanish firm specialising in industrial cybersecurity and the protection of critical infrastructure. Baker Tilly Tech M&A has advised Allurity on the transaction, with a team led by M&A expert Diego Gutiérrez, a partner specialising in the technology sector.

The acquisition strengthens Aiuken’s capabilities in operational technology (OT) cybersecurity, bringing in 4Elitech’s expertise in protecting industrial environments, SCADA systems, distributed control systems (DCS) and industrial networks. The integration also expands the group’s ability to serve organisations in sectors such as energy, utilities, manufacturing and chemicals, where the convergence of IT and OT environments is increasing the need to protect critical systems and infrastructure.
For 4Elitech, joining Aiuken and Allurity represents a way to accelerate its growth and showcase its expertise in industrial cybersecurity on a European scale. The combination of its specialist knowledge of OT environments with Aiuken’s 24/7 security operations, threat intelligence and incident response capabilities will enable it to offer a broader range of services to its clients. 4Elitech will retain its brand and management team, whilst Enrique Polanco will continue to lead the Industrial Cybersecurity unit within Aiuken.
