El 1 de marzo de 2023 se ha completado la adquisición de la mayoría de Algoritmia por parte del Grupo TVH Consulting, firma francesa especializada en soluciones ERP-BI Microsoft y SAP. Baker Tilly Corporate Finance ha asesorado al equipo de Algoritmia en esta operación.La operación se suma a la que realizó hace seis meses TVH Consulting para integrar en su estructura a Fidens, empresa especializada en ciberseguridad. La nueva entidad facturará más de 46 millones de euros.

Algorithm, fundado en 2017, es una consultoría especializada en la implantación de proyectos de transformación digital end-to-end. Como partner reconocido de Microsoft en España, Algoritmia tiene gran expertise en la implementación de soluciones que conforman el ecosistema Microsoft: ERP, CRM, Power Platform e Inteligencia Artificial.Algoritmia con sus más de 60 empleados, se mantiene firma a su misión inicial: la excelencia a la hora de apoyar a sus más de 75 clientes aprovechando su posición de liderazgo en el mercado español, así como su experiencia en Inteligencia Artificial y Power Platform, que refuerzan su core business en la implantación de Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
