Keyfactor, a leading provider of digital identity management, which earlier this year closed a round of funding from 77M€has acquired Spain's Redtrust. Digital identity management is driving change in the market, which has left customers juggling digital transformation and the challenges of security that digitisation entails.

Redtrust is a Spanish company that was founded in 2009 with the aim of creating a 360 platform for the management of digital keys and certificatesThe user and administrator have full control and availability of these.

It provides services to hundreds of companies operating in sectors such as banking, insurance and health, among others. Its patented software secures and centralises the use of digital certificates in a totally simple and transparent way.
