About Netmind

Netmind is a Spanish company specialised in helping IT teams to promote and lead the digital transformation of their organisations through training and support services that enable them to develop their talent, drive cultural change and transform their management models.

Among its services we can find the following IT development solutions:

  • IT Management Training: training and certification on IT Management best practices.
  • IT Talent Empowerment: developing the talent of ICT teams to make your strategy a reality.
  • IT Culture Transformation: driving powerful cultural and organisational change in ICT teams.
  • IT Agility and Improvement: helping ICT teams to optimise and streamline their management models.

Founded in Barcelona in 1987, Netmind trains more than 6,000 professionals every year and runs more than 1,000 courses. Its client portfolio includes companies such as Accenture, BBVA, Deloitte, Grifols, HP, Microsoft and Telefónica, among others.

The company has three offices in Spain, located in Barcelona, Bilbao and Madrid, and one in the United States, in Miami. In the coming months it plans to set up in several Latin American countries.

About B2T Training

Founded in 2000, B2T Training is a leading US provider of business analysis training and support services for agile transformation based in Atlanta, Georgia.

B2T Training offers a wide range of training services including: classroom training, live virtual training, on-demand training, webinars, workshops, mentoring, consultancy and training and curriculum development.

Cofides backs Netmind in the purchase of B2T Training

Netmind, a Spanish company dedicated to helping IT teams promote and lead the digital transformation of their organisations, will strengthen its presence in the United States with the acquisition of the US business analysis training company B2T Training, with the collaboration of Cofides.

Through a co-investment instrument under FONPYME, Cofides will support Netmind in the acquisition of B2T Training by financing 36% of the total investment.

With the acquisition of B2T, Netmind consolidates its presence in the United States and will have international business partners providing its courses and certifications in countries such as South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.

In June 2017, Netmind launched its US subsidiary in Miami, Netmind International, for which it also received support from FONPYME. The company will keep both projects active simultaneously, each targeting a different customer profile. Thus, Netmind International will develop the business of Spanish clients operating in the United States and Latin America, while B2T Training will continue to focus on major US companies.

According to Bernat Palau, CEO of Netmind, "the acquisition of B2T Training will help us to accelerate our implementation in the United States and to position ourselves as a company that provides high value-added training services".
