Indra to acquire Paradigma Digital for €70M

Indra, a leading global technology and consulting company, has acquired agile consulting firm Paradigma for €70M.

Paradigma completes the value proposition of Minsait, Indra's digital transformation business unit, reinforcing its capabilities in the 'digital native' area, based on the majority use of agile work methodologies, customised developments on open software and the adoption of advanced cloud architectures.

Minsait and Paradigma offer a comprehensive digital transformation service for companies and institutions, integrating the business and digital dimensions and the provision of services and products.
