Mobusi, a mobile advertising and video company, buys Lab Cave, a video game company, to strengthen its inventory.

About Mobusi

Mobusi is a Spanish mobile advertising company founded in 2012 by Alberto Cenalmor. Two years ago it decided to internationalise and now has a presence in Mexico, India and the USA, which allows it to cover the demand for traffic all over the world.

In the last three years Mobusi has pursued a policy of growth by means of acquisitions. In 2015 it bought Instasent, for sending mass text messages. In the last two years it has sought to strengthen its position in the video sector by acquiring Sunmedia and Lab Cave. Sunmedia is a digital advertising marketer that enabled Mobusi to extend its offering to media agencies and improve its positioning in two key growth areas in the digital market: mobile and video advertising, with growth of 82% and 65.5%, respectively.

Mobusi had a turnover of 75 million euros in 2016 and has more than 200 employees, being one of the largest mobile companies in Spain in the performance and branding market with clients such as Letgo, Alibaba, Cabify or Gummy Drop and works with agencies such as GroupM or Havas.

About Lab Cave

Lab Cave is positioned as one of the largest mobile game development companies in Spain. Founded in 2013 by brothers Fernando and Óscar García, it is currently present in markets such as China, the United States and Japan. One of Lab Cave's biggest successes is the game Robber Race Escape which was promoted by Apple in the Chinese market for 3 weeks and already has more than 4 million downloads between iOS and Android.
