Carbures receives loans from its investors BLACK Toro and Anangu Grup
Carburesthe Cadiz-based manufacturer of carbon fibre parts has received two loans from its main investors: the Catalan industrial fund Anangu Grup and Black Toro Capital, por €4M y €2M respectivamente. Ambos vencen en un plazo de tres años y tienen un interés del 6% anual.

La Caixa and the ICF invest in composite plastics
La Caixa and ICF have invested €5M in composite plastics, a Catalan company specialising in the production of additives, compounds and colour concentrates for the plastics sector.
The transaction is a co-investment to finance the company's growth and internationalisation plan, which aims to increase turnover by more than 50 % in the next three years.
La Caixa has made the investment in Plásticos Compuestos through the Caixa Innvierte Industria fund, managed by Caixa Capital Risc, the venture capital fund managed by Critera CaixaHolding.
For its part, the ICF has taken a stake in Plásticos Compuestos through Capital Expansió, a fund that invests in Catalan companies with high growth potential. The percentage of shares that La Caixa and ICF will control has not been disclosed, but it is a minority stake, albeit a significant one.
