Beneficiaries
Basque manufacturing industries that qualify as SMEs and carry out the eligible activity in the Basque Country. Public companies and public law entities and IT and engineering consultancy firms are excluded from the condition of beneficiaries.
Eligible projects
Supply Chain Management (Implementation of SMC-type applications)
Integrated management of the company's information (Implementation of ERP type applications, Business Intelligence).
Customer Relationship Management (Implementation of CRM-type applications)
Product Lifecycle Management (Implementation of CAD type applications; CAM CAE, PDM, DMF)
Production process control systems (implementation of numerical control systems, PLC).
In-plant data capture systems (SCADA)
Preventive maintenance management systems.
Logistics management systems associated with the production process.
Sensoric projects associated with the product and production process.
Projects to incorporate ICTs that improve or automate plant production and facilitate situation analysis and decision-making.
Type and amount of aid
The aid is a grant of 50% of the approved eligible expenditure and investments for micro and small enterprises and 30% for medium-sized enterprises.
The maximum annual subsidy to support consultancy-engineering, hardware and software costs associated with the project will be 20,000 euros. for the implementation of one or more eligible actions in the course of the financial year.
