H2020 Smart, green and integrated transport
One of the societal challenges of the Horizon2020 programme is to achieve a smart, green and integrated transport system for Europe. It has a budget of €6339M for the period 2014-2020. 30% will go to transport systems and 70% to means of transport. Below are the calls for 2015.

New approach

Based on the challenges affecting transport, not on particular topics.

Greater freedom to propose innovative solutions

 Less prescriptive, broader topics

Special emphasis on expected impact

Reinforcement of cross-cutting themes (social sciences, gender, international aspects, etc.).

Economic crisis and the path to sustainable growth: Horizon 2020 can make a significant contribution

Requirements

At least 3 independent entities from different Member States (MS) or Associated States (AS)

Project duration, budget and number of partners to be decided by consortium
