Beneficiaries:
Companies, preferably SMEs that are going to develop their activity in the Community of Madrid. Two lines are included:
1.- Subsidies for companies carrying out R&D Activitieswhich have eligible costs of more than €70,000. They must also present a subcontracting agreement or a collaboration agreement with Higher Education Institutions and/or Innovation Centres and public or private, national or international scientific and technological research institutes. The areas to which they have to dedicate themselves:
a) General Areas: Nanotechnology, Advanced Materials, Industrial and Space Technologies.
b) Area Health, Biotechnology, Water and Agri-Food.
c) Energy, Environment and Transport Area (including Aeronautics).
d) Information and Communications Technology Area.
Type of aid:
Subsidy of 50% of the bankable budget.
Budget available
3,000,000 euros.
2. Development of young, innovative companies (technology-based companies, "start-ups").
This line is aimed at small companies whose business strategy is based on the development of technology (technology must be the company's competitive differentiating factor), based on the creation of their own R&D lines.
Requirements:
These companies must have been registered for less than 5 years.
The minimum eligible budget shall be 30,000 euros.
Budget available:
It has a budget of 500,000 euros.
